Reasons Why I Hate Laptops

i hate laptop

With more and more businesses these days issuing laptops to their employees to use, it almost seems that desktops are moving out and laptops are moving in.

Even though laptops may be more popular, there’s still a rather long list of things that could cause you to end-up hating your beloved laptop computer.

Not know what others think about those sleek & sexy laptops but I really hate laptops for the following reasons :
  1. Battery life still bombs ..
  2. Laptops get banged up and broken ...
  3. They are tough to fix, and they die young ...
  4. They get lost ...
  5. They’re difficult to secure, digitally and physically ...
  6. Security precautions make users nuts ...
  7. Wi-Fi is still the wild, wild, west ...
  8. Laptops are now coming with vista & to tell you guys in installing xp after vista you will get totally mad because manufactures wont provide drivers support...
  9. They’re too big or too small ..
  10. Software performance just ain’t the same like desktops...
Recently I buy a highly configured Hp Pavilion DV9507tx laptop and its performance really sucks so I sell it back after using 1 week for the above reasons, now i am happy with my beloved desktop PC :)

I also hate laptops because they feel weird. I hate having the engine whirring under my hands as i type. Also the navigation pad is useless. You have to attach a mouse.
Also laptops are likely to get stolen. Laptops also encourage more anti-social/unhealthy behaviour (i.e you might take the laptop to the park, instead of playing with friends there. You also develop over reliance on computers with laptops. Taking that contraption all over the place).
